AppSupport Patch (1.1.2)

• Installs timschuerewegen's AppSupport Patch to fix Dialer crashes and Caller ID for those in unsupported countries.
  
  This packages modifies:
  The AppSupport Executable.
  
  It also creates a new AppSupport.framework/Support directory. Country number formats can be updated in PhoneNumberTemplates_2.plist.
